Honey Queen’s Award-Winning Journey

Honey Queen’s journey in beekeeping, honey excellence, and education has been recognised at the world’s most respected international platform. Apimondia, the International Federation of Beekeepers’ Associations. These honours reflect decades of dedication to ethical beekeeping, quality, innovation, and awareness-building across generations.

Rather than milestones alone, these recognitions represent responsibility — to protect bees, uphold global standards, and contribute meaningfully to the world of beekeeping and biodiversity.

MOST RECENT RECOGNITION

49th Apimondia Congress : Copenhagen, Denmark (2025)

At the 49th Apimondia Congress held in Copenhagen, Honey Queen Enterprises proudly represented India and was honoured with three international medals, celebrating creativity, storytelling, and advocacy in beekeeping:

  • Gold Medal : Colour Photography on a Beekeeping Theme
  • Silver Medal : Poster on the theme “Together We Make the World Bloom”
  •  Bronze Medal : Album on a Beekeeping Topic

These awards recognise Honey Queen’s contribution beyond honey production highlighting the power of visual storytelling, education, and global collaboration in promoting the importance of bees.

GLOBAL TITLE

Apimondia World Honey Queen

Mrs. Ritu Kapoor Suri was honoured with the prestigious global title of Apimondia World Honey Queen, recognising leadership, advocacy, and contribution to the world of beekeeping and honey education.

Title Tenure:

  • Montpellier, France : 2009–2011
  • Buenos Aires, Argentina : 2011–2013

This international honour reflects both individual leadership and the multi-generational beekeeping legacy carried forward through Honey Queen.
